Letters to Lilly are what I wish someone had shared with me as a young woman approaching, starting, and navigating my career.
I have learned a lot on my life’s journey, while assuming everyone else somehow miraculously already knew these things. Yes, I was clearly wrong.
These letters are meant to be reminders that we are not alone, and a tool to help others who may be navigating their own new and unique (although often not at all dissimilar) situations.

And most importantly, it is meant to serve as a reminder that "you are not alone."
